Riccardo's culinary odyssey took him through Spain, Holland, Switzerland and Latin America, where he absorbed a tapestry of flavors. Moving to Canada (Quebec), he is now a private pizza maker and chef extraordinaire, incorporating his global experiences into every delicious creation. He loves to cook! Riccardo Casella was born in Puglia, from Sicilian father and Apulian mother, precisely in Salento, in the enchanting town of Gallipoli, a place that holds within its walls the rich history and captivating traditions of southern Italy. It is amidst the vibrant colors of sun-soaked Mediterranean landscapes and the gentle waves of the Ionian Sea where his love for food and his passion for culinary traditions took root. Riccardo will be able to offer you the typical flavors of Apulian and Sicilian cuisine.
